The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a prestigious professional services organisation in their search for Non-life Insurance Analyst.

 This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern. 

 Our client is seeking a high performing individual with a solid insurance experience and strong analytic skills to join their team as a Non-Life Insurance Analyst.

 Working as part of a team of insurance professionals, you will be required to undertake online research for a wide range of insurance topics, and also ensure timely and accurate delivery of insurance information to their clients in various formats. You'll be producing thought leadership pieces on insurance regulation, legislation, supervision, and premium taxation developments.

 The focus of this role will be on Non-Life insurance matters reporting on a multitude of existing and emerging risks and changes impacting the insurance industry

To be successful in this position you will need:

 Excellent technical understanding of Non-Life insurance

 Previous experience structuring and servicing multinational programmes and some level of familiarity with reinsurance and captives and any other alternative risk transfer mechanisms

 Ability to assimilate large amounts of data and produce concise summaries in an appropriate format.

 Ability to undertake regulatory intelligence research without supervision as well as  ability to understand and interpret legal text and ability to write and proof-read.

 Additional language skills would be beneficial

  In reward for your hard work, the salary on offer is  up to £47,000 - plus 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and income protection scheme.
