Marketing Manager – Hybrid

A highly successful holiday and social activities group based in London is seeking a resilient, creative, motivated, and friendly Marketing Manager to join their expanding team in a standalone capacity, to help create successful branding campaigns and drive lead generation for the business - this role has hybrid/flexible working.

Reporting to the Director of the business, you will be solely responsible for creating, developing, and implementing digital and marketing strategies. You will take control of the internal and external communications practice, manage the marketing budget, and develop presentations and communications materials for internal and external usage. 

Additionally, you will manage the business's social media platforms and maximise any digital media opportunities, whilst generating interesting and dynamic content that drives social media agendas and lead generation. You will work with both traditional and digital marketing channels, develop the communications and corporate strategies, oversee marketing campaigns for different sectors and markets, take control of internal publications newsletters, press releases, email marketing, intranet, video, and planned publications, and create and grow market contacts, in particular media agencies, whilst also liaising with key stakeholders and senior managers.
