A multinational business based in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a personable and professional Marketing Manager to join its team. The organisation embraces hybrid working and would allow you to work from home 2 days per week.

In this business-critical role, you will work with the Country Manager to develop and deliver the marketing strategy and vision of the Group, with a view to capturing market share and driving growth. You will perform competitor and market analysis and measure the success of marketing strategies with a view to creating a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be a creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial individual with proven experience across brand and product in a B2B environment. You will be naturally collaborative and combine intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and vision, with a willingness to personally deliver strategic initiatives. The organisation specialises in HVAC/mechanical engineering any experience within this, or similar industries would be highly advantageous but is by no means necessary. The ideal candidate will be familiar with multi-distribution strategies and understand presales activities.
