Marketing Manager - £40,000 – Hemel Hempstead

A highly successful and creative organisation are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to join their team.  As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives; using  market research and analysis to direct the marketing strategy and planning. This will be both a strategic and operational role; you will work closely with the MD to develop the marketing strategy but also manage the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

As the Marketing Manager you will manage all marketing activities for the brand including PR, social media, email marketing, branding, promotional campaigns etc with a focus on driving engagement and lead generation.  This role will be both a creative and analytical role; you will work to produce content and design campaigns as well as reporting on performance.  This role would suit a generalist marketer that enjoys a broad an varied role.

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager role will have a background in B2B marketing and will enjoy a hands on role.  You will be creative, personable and have a great eye for detail. 

The salary on offer is £40,000 plus benefits.
