*Initial 6 month contract with remote working. Outside IR35 and up to £700 per day*
 
A leading, global insurance company is looking for an experienced Data Modeller to join their growing data function. 
 
This is an exciting time to join a large company going through huge global change. Duties will include:
  • Gathering data modelling requirements from stakeholders to support modernisation programmes 
  • Ensuring users engage with the data model whilst adhering to Data Management Framework policies
  • Analysing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models
  • Evaluating existing data systems and working with the development team to create conceptual data models, physical data models and data flows
  • Developing best practice for data coding to ensure consistency within the system
  • Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility
  • Updating and optimising local and metadata models
To be considered suitable you will need to have a strong data modelling background and previous experience of implementing data modelling approaches and standards.
