Key Account Director – Hybrid

The Ashdown Group have been engaged in the recruitment of an Account Director for a very  successful and long established organisation, based in Central London.  You must have proven strategic sales experience within the Pharmaceutical industry with extensive knowledge of the NHS. This is a hybrid working role with the majority of your week working remotely and one or two days a week based in their modern and conveniently located offices.


This role would suit an ambitious, driven and passionate consultative sales ambassador with a history of exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional account management and developing new business. 


To be considered for this Account Director role you will possess the following:


Strong history of exceeding sales targets within an Account Management role

Previous senior sales experience within the Pharma sector

Build strong and profitable relationships and optimise sales opportunities  

Able to identify clients requirements and provide solution led sales proposals  

Demonstrable experience and success at senior level account management

Extensive knowledge of the NHS and Healthcare sector

Ability to prioritise effectively and manage complex relationships


This role would suit a flexible and agile senior Account Director who is driven by success.  You will become a brand ambassador and will be committed to hitting allocated sales targets and developing client accounts.

The salary on offer for this Account Director role is up to £95,000 base plus an additional bonus of up to 30% of basic salary OTE.  Benefits include; 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and health cash plan.
