Junior HR Administrator

Trainee HR Administrator / HR Assistant - Weybridge, Surrey
An award winning company based in Weybridge, Surrey is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and friendly organisation and develop skills within human resources.
Working as part of a dedicated team you will be responsible for the following duties. Training will be provided:
- Providing administrative support to the HR function
- First point of call for HR queries and managing the HR inbox
- Supporting the employee lifecycle with starter/leaver documentation
- Prepare offers and contracts
- Support payroll
- Update HR database
The salary on offer for this HR Assistant role is up to £22,000 based on experience and includes an excellent benefits package and career development opportunities. 
To be considered suitable you will need to previous administration experience and ability to commute to Weybridge. It is also a requirement that you are comfortable with IT software such as Outlook, Word and Excel. In addition you will also need to be able to multi task and have strong communication skills.
