A highly successful, rapidly growing software house based in the heart of Central London is searching for an IT Systems Engineer to join its technology team. The organisation requires you to be in the office 5 days per week with the flexibility of reducing to 4 days per week following successful completion of the probationary period.

As the IT Systems/Application Engineer, you will be providing customer focussed support for both software and hardware platforms including internal IT and infrastructure assistance. You will ensure end-to-end resolution of issues, provide analysis of client site problems, and be involved in software testing, client-server health checks, and client platform implementation. 

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will have proven experience supporting both Windows Server and Windows OS. You will have strong experience with Active Directory and any exposure to SQL would be advantageous to your application.

In order to be suitable for this role you will be IT literate and have the ability to understand troubleshooting methods, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to analyse and prioritise caseloads.
