IT Support Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a small consultancy in Central London. This position pays £40,000 and is split between sites in Central London and Work From Home.
 
To be considered for this position you will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
 
As an experienced 1st & 2nd line IT Support Engineer you will have previous experience of onsite deskside support and remote service desk support.
 
Technical skills & experience will include BAU user support around:
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365 inc. Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint
  • Active Directory &/or Azure AD
  • Setting up & deploying laptops & PC’s
  • Printers, mobiles, Wi-Fi & general networking basics
