A multinational company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is an office-based role, with hybrid working options available following your successful probationary period, so they are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player. Please note, it is an essential criterion to be COVID-19 vaccinated for this role.

The main responsibilities for this role include maintaining and supporting Microsoft Server and Microsoft 365 consoles. You will provide a proactive 1^st – 3^rd line user support service and troubleshoot within SQL systems. You will hold strong working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory to set up users in hybrid environments and VMWare. It is advantageous to have SharePoint and Azure experience but by no means necessary.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will hold more than 2 years’ experience providing IT support. It is advantageous to hold Azure experience, but this is not an essential requirement. You will have solid understanding of problem management and be a proactive team player.
