IT Support Analyst

A highly successful multinational business is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its team located in East London. This organisation embraces flexibility, so you are able to work from home 2 days per week.

Reporting into the IT Manager, you will offer support to internal customers worldwide, assisting with hardware and software issues. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support to ensure IT related requests and queries are identified, diagnosed and resolved.

In order to be suitable for this role you will have proven experience of supporting Office 365, Active Directory and  Windows 10. Exposure to SharePoint, Azure and VMware would be advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.  You will have working knowledge of utilising service management systems and supporting the troubleshooting of smart devices. Any experience of using the ITL framework would be beneficial. In addition to this, you will be a friendly and personable IT professional who is able to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
