IT Support Analyst

The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a well established Global organisation to assist in their search for an experienced remote and desk-side IT Support analyst contractor, to join them for a 6 month contract based at their Central London offices. 

This is an urgent position and would need the successful candidate to start quickly, so please only apply if you are available on no more than a 1 week notice period and are able to be on site 5 days a week.

A suitable candidate must have:

Worked in an ITIL Framework

Experience providing support to VIP and Senior Executives

Experience in an enterprise environment.

Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11.

MS Office 365 and MS 365 Admin Centre

Cisco CUCM

Active Directory

AV and Video conferencing support

Experience in supporting users with Teams Conferencing,

Windows Server 2012/2016

Networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

Experience providing remote and deskside support.

Strong communication skills.  

Key responsibilities of the role: 

Local and remote support for IT related issues for all office based and remote users.

Providing support via phone, email and deskside.

Install and configure operating system and application software.

Assist with installation and configuration of software and hardware on new and existing computers.

Assisting with the day to day organisation and deployment of resources ranging from computer hardware/software, mobile devices, PC and laptops.

This is a site based role.    Inside IR35 - £250 - £275/day
