IT Support Analyst

My client is a well established and growing IT consultancy firm in the High Wycombe area. They have an urgent position available for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their busy customer focused IT Helpdesk.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience providing telephone, remote & deskside IT support. As an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst this will include supporting, managing, troubleshooting, installing & maintaining various IT hardware and software systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with:
  • Call logging/ticketing & remote access tools
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Windows 10
  • Setting up PC’s, laptops & printers
  • Basic networking
You will receive excellent training and mentoring and be given the chance to work with the latest Azure cloud technologies across a wide variety of SME customers.
