IT Service Desk / 2nd Line Support Analyst
South Wales - up to £24,000 plus benefits. Working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm.
A global manufacturing business based near to both Swansea and Port Talbot is looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT support Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large and friendly organisation where you will be responsible for onsite end user support as well as have the opportunity to get involved with infrastructure support and projects. Training can be provided across infrastructure support and day to day duties will be varied and include:
- Email, phone and face to face user support
- Windows OS and application support
- Monitoring of physical Windows Servers and virtual environments
- Support user hardware - PC's, laptops and printers
- network monitoring
- IT project work
To be considered you will need to have some experience with 1st and 2nd line IT support with a passion for providing customer service and learning new technologies.
