A highly successful, rapidly growing software house based in Central London is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join its team. The client offers a hybrid working environment and allows the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

This is a hands-on management role, and you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations, manage their small established IT Support Team, act as an escalation point, and provide support for their software and hardware platforms. You will be responsible for analysing business processes and recommending new approaches as well as assisting in developing and managing IT policies.

In order to be suitable for the position, you will have proven experience with managing IT teams and senior engineers paired with demonstrable technical capabilities with troubleshooting in Windows and SQL (Linux would be highly advantageous to your application). You will have experience with assisting, developing, and managing IT policies/procedures and the ability to provide in-depth analysis of both software and hardware issues.
