IT Helpdesk Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a global leading firm going through continued growth & expansion. They have a newly created opportunity for an IT Service Desk Support Analyst to become an important part of their busy IT helpdesk team in their East Sussex office.
Initially, this role will be 9-5:30 hours, but once you have settled in and learnt the systems you will be placed on a rota for the early (8:00am-4:30pm), mid (9:00am-5:30pm) and late (4:30pm-12:00am - this late shift will always be working from home) shifts. Please note – once on the late shift you will be paid an extra £250 per week (circa £3000 per annum) + the basic salary of £24,000.
To be considered for this position you will have a strong passion for IT and a friendly and outgoing personality. You will have an excellent understanding of customer service and enjoy dealing with IT users at all levels.
As an IT Helpdesk Analyst you will have some previous experience using call logging & remote access tools, as well as supporting:
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • PC’s, laptops & printers
Any further experience with SharePoint, MS Teams &/or ERP/CRM systems will be highly beneficial but NOT essential.
This role will be a hybrid split of mostly working from home with some office-based days. Based in the Uckfield area of East Sussex they have onsite parking and are commutable from Crawley, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Hailsham, Lewes, Brighton, Seaford, Newhaven and Eastbourne.
