IT Helpdesk Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to take a newly created IT Service Desk Analyst position in their High Wycombe office working on their busy customer-focused IT helpdesk. This role is paying up to £30,000 and offers excellent training & career progression within a dynamic IT consultancy. 
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience providing telephone, remote & deskside IT support. This will include supporting, managing, troubleshooting, installing & maintaining various IT hardware and software systems.
Technical skills will include:
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Windows 10
  • Setting up PC’s, laptops & printers
  • Basic networking
You will receive excellent training and mentoring and be given the chance to work with the latest Azure cloud technologies across a wide variety of SME customers.
