HR Manager – Hybrid Working – £60,000pa

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a specialist reinsurance firm based in central London.

As HR Manager in this newly created role, working closely with the COO, you will act as an advisor on all areas within HR including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, people performance and engagement and rewards and recognition.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within financial services. 5+ years of HR experience, will be CIPD qualified and have knowledge of UK employment law. Experience with MS SharePoint is desirable.

This role would suite an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor with excellent communication skills who is ready to take the next step.

The salary on offer is up to £60,000 per annum + great benefits.
