HR Manager – Hybrid Working – £50,000pa

A sociable, rapidly growing, global digital performance media agency are looking for a HR Manager to join the company to take on a key role supporting their UK and US teams.

This global agency has a stunning office based in Central London and offers hybrid working. As HR Manager you will be providing full generalist support across all departments and teams, acting as primary contact for the UK and USA offices.

Key responsibilities as HR Manager will include working with senior stakeholders to develop HR infrastructure and deliver strategic objectives, you will devise employment policies, implement a learning and development framework and manage HR systems, employee relations issues and the recruitment process. You will also lead on employee wellbeing, providing HR guidance to all employees, implement benefits and manage diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a digital media/creative agency background, be CIPD Level 3 qualified (or above) and will be experienced in handling employee relations cases and managing the recruitment process. You will have excellent leadership and people-management skills, be a true self-starter and have strong morals, ethics and sound judgement.

This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor looking to take a step up.

The salary on offer is up to £50,000 per annum plus a 10% quarterly bonus and great benefits.
