HR Manager – Hybrid
Are you a senior HR professional with experience within the Financial Services sector? We are recruiting for a specialist Investment company based in Central London who are set to expand their UK and international operations and seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking to work for a professional organisation with a supportive and friendly culture. The role is based at their prestigious offices in the West End of London with Fridays working remotely.
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for the creation of HR Policies and Processes, working in conjunction with the Partners to develop long term strategy. You will be the first point of contact on HR matters and will manage the complete employee life cycle.
The day-to-day responsibilities will involve liaising with department heads and employees in relation to all HR queries and issues, overseeing all recruitment and onboarding processes, managing ER issues, coaching managers in relation to any grievance and disciplinary matters, developing training programmes and managing administrative processes.
The ideal candidate must have
- Previously worked in a standalone HR environment
- A background in the Financial Services, Legal or Insurance sector,
- CIPD qualified
- Previous experience of implementing HR policies and procedures within an organisation.
- Solid knowledge of Employment Legislation.
- First class written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite
The salary for this role is up to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience. The role is hybrid with one day a week working remotely.
