Our client, a private investment company based in Central London are set to expand their UK and international operations and are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for the creation of HR Policies and Processes, working in conjunction with the Partners to develop long term strategy. You will be the first point of contact on HR matters and will manage the complete employee life cycle.
The day-to-day responsibilities will involve liaising with department heads and employees in relation to all HR queries and issues, overseeing all recruitment and onboarding processes, managing ER issues, coaching managers in relation to any grievance and disciplinary matters, developing training programmes and managing administrative processes.
The ideal candidate must have
- Previously worked in a standalone HR environment
- Be CIPD qualified
- A background in the Financial or Professional Services sector
- Previously created HR policies and procedures with an SME
- Solid knowledge of Employment Legislation.
- First class written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite
The salary for this role is up to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience. The role is hybrid with one day a week working remotely.
