HR Manager

An international organisation, consisting of multiple businesses, is looking for a HR Manager to oversee operations for a section of the group.
Working with around 4 small businesses, you will provide in depth HR guidance and support to company directors which could range from strategic level HR business partner advice, to day to day operational issues, such as sickness and absence or disciplinaries. 
This hands-on, varied role would suit an energetic, bright and motivated person who has previous experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR Manager and holds a CIPD or HR degree qualification.
The following is an overview of some of the responsibilities:
  • All round HR support to each company
  • Operational support - including grievances, disciplinaries and sickness and absence
  • Employee wellbeing - staff retention and job satisfaction
  • Learning and Development - identifying training needs, advising managers, sourcing providers
  • Recruitment - growth, staff retention, graduate schemes, agency partnerships
  • HR Business Partner - delivering strategic level HR advice, conducting data analysis and research
Any experience running Graduate Schemes or graduate development programmes would be highly advantageous.
Please note, this is a fulltime office based position in Central London.

Offering a basic salary of £50-60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits and up to 20% bonus.
