HR Generalist

A well-established domestic service provider that has been operating for over 40 years is looking for a driven, personable, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join its team based in Lambeth, south London. This role is fully office-based – 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will come from manufacturing, distribution, trade, or construction environments.

Within this role, you will cover all areas relating to Employee Relations such as grievances, disciplinaries, reviews, performance management, etc. You will also be heavily involved in the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes, as well as being responsible for updating and streamlining job descriptions, organisational charts, headcount,  and supporting and upskilling line managers where necessary.

In order to be considered for this role, you must come from an HR background, be CIPD qualified or studying towards obtaining that qualification and you must also be computer literate.
