HR Business Partner – Hybrid Working – £47,000pa

A well-established organisation within the education sector based in Kettering are looking for a HR Business Partner or People Business Partner to join the team. Please note – this role offers hybrid working with a mix of home and in the office working.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be providing professional strategic and operational HR delivery to key stakeholders and working in partnership to pro-actively coach managers and leaders on all aspects of people management, leadership and development. You will improve the performance of people within the organisation and reflect on improvement and development plans in line with the organisation’s strategy.

Your key responsibilities as HR Business Partner will include supporting the Head of People with policy development, consultation and implementation and provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on all aspects of people management reflecting best practise. You will be the point of escalation for complex employee relations cases and will demonstrate a clear understanding of current UK employment law to support Senior Leaders. You will develop people plans, including writing, developing and evaluating people management training and development. You will also be involved in providing data, KPIs, reports and analysis in relation to HR matters for stakeholders, keeping abreast of changing legislation and statutory requirements and taking responsibility for ensuring that diversity, inclusion and wellbeing are key components of high-quality processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time-management skills with experience working in a similar HR Business Partner or People Partner role. You will be CIPD qualified with a real passion for people and enhancing workplace cultures.  

The salary on offer is up to £47,400 per annum.
