HR Business Partner – Hybrid

An international food import and export business with a highly ethical business model is seeking a driven, dynamic, and personable HR Business Partner to join their growing team, based in London in their European office. 

Working with food producers from lesser economically developed countries, this organisation has a strong sense of purpose to help enhance the lives of small food producers in each region by paying them for the quality of their products and providing feedback. This business is deeply passionate about sustainably sourcing food and helping to enrich the lives of the communities in those areas the food is produced and collected. 

In this role, you will be involved in multi-continent HR deliverance, therefore you must have flexibility due to business units operating in different time zones. You will be involved in the recruitment, development, administration, and running operations of the business. You will create, review and adjust HR policies, procedures and processes to help streamline them in line with the business model and values. A large part of this role will have a focus on learning and development, growth and people strategy. 

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Proven HR experience

Have demonstrable experience working within ER and recruitment

Have devised strategies, including people strategies

International experience – whether you have lived, worked, or studied abroad

CIPD qualification (Level 5 and above)

Be Spanish speaking * this is desirable but not essential
