HR Business Partner
A growing business is looking for an accomplished HR Business Partner to join its team, based in White City, London. This employer embrace flexibility, enabling the chosen candidate to work remotely 3 days per week.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the chosen candidate will lead on the Employee Relations side inclusive of disciplinaries, grievances, absence management etc. You will work closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Business Unit hiring needs; helping line managers find, hire, and retain quality talent. You will also proactively support line managers in the process of identifying and implementing succession planning taking account of appropriate progress routes for key people to meet current and future business requirements.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a proven HR generalist with excellent communication skills and demonstrateable expertise providing a proactive support service to the business. You will have a demonstrateable understanding and application of UK employment law and a proven track record of implementing a successful HR strategy. A CIPD accreditation would be advantageous to your application.
You will ensure that a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered to the business, providing guidance to the business from an operational perspective.
