HR Assistant / HR Administrator - Birmingham - 2- 3 month contract - up to 14p/h.
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant / Senior HR administrator to join a leading training company during a busy period, initially on a two - three month contract. You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team, based from their offices near Fort Dunlop it'll be hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Working as part of the central services HR team, the successful HR Assistant will assist processing of all employee life cycle matters relating to Payroll and People. You'll provide a professional service and first line support for managers and employees, support the onboarding process, probation process and conducting new joiner feedback interviews and conducting exit interviews with leavers.
You will be detail focussed, logical and methodical in approach with excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You'll possess the ability to get to grips with a variety of systems and databases and have experience using HR systems desired
