HR Administrator – £28,000 – Hybrid

A well-established organisation in North London is seeking a personable, driven, and determined HR Administrator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, well-regarded organization that offers opportunities for career development.

Please note, that the role will offer hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home).

As the HR Administrator, you will assist the HR Advisors and HR Manager with administration duties such as updating the HR system (Bamboo HR), assisting those going through probation at the business, and also providing payroll administrative support. You will be managing right-to-work statuses, issuing new joiner paperwork, and providing support to the HR Advisors when required.

You will also be exposed to lower-level ER cases and recruitment should you show a keen interest in learning and developing yourself and your career further.

To be suitable you will be an experienced Administrator with a keen interest in HR, OR have prior HR Administration experience (12 months). You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, you will be organized with great attention to detail and sound knowledge of MS Office (including Word and Outlook).
