Helpdesk Analyst

An expanding Managed Service Provider has an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join their growing team as an IT Helpdesk Analyst based in their Redhill offices. This company offers a hybrid structure so you may work remotely 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will provide remote 1st/2nd line technical support to users for a variety of clients. You will join a team who are the initial point of reference for IT issues and operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to adhere to internal service level agreements and deliver exceptional customer service.

In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a graduate in IT or a related discipline and be passionate about building a career in technology. You will be supporting the following technologies: Office 365, Teams, Active Directory, Azure AD and Windows Server would be advantageous to your application.
