Head of Marketing
A well established, global business with offices in the City of London are looking for a commercial Head of Marketing to join them at an exciting time of transformational change and growth. This is a newly created role where you will have the chance to have a real impact on the direction of the business moving forward.
As Head of Marketing you will own the business’ Marketing agenda, this will include branding, strategy, lead generation, online, PR, external and Internal communications, to name a few and also building the marketing team strategically.
You will translate the business strategy into a comprehensive, actionable and measurable Marketing strategy, growing the overall brand, increasing company reach, and supporting the commercial growth.
Working with the leadership team you will ensure the successful long term strategic development of the brand and raising the profile of the company in line with the strategic objectives, mission, and vision of the organisation.
The role would suit someone who has a mix of corporate and boutique creative experience with solid stakeholder management. You will need to have a high level of emotional intelligence to move the marketing strategy forward in the direction you envision with buy in from the board members.
A thorough understanding of sales processes and close working relationship with a sales team at a senior level would also be advantageous.
In a nutshell you would define a strategy, implement it and build the appropriate team around it.
Other key responsibilities will include rebuilding and rebranding the website, creating content; white papers, case studies, thought leadership pieces (webinars and seminars), organizing events and market research.
In return there is a competitive salary commensurate with experience between £80,000 - £100,000 plus bonus with a flexible approach to working ideally 4 days in the office but with possible room for negotiation.
