We have a position for a Financial Controller for a family run business. The main responsibility of the role is to oversee all financial operations of the business and ensure the financial stability and report to the board. The ideal candidate must have experience in financial management, be proactive, and passionate about the role. There is opportunity to progress within the company. 

One of the primary responsibilities of the Financial Controller will analyse financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to the directors to support decision-making.

The Financial Controller will be in charge of managing the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports that the business may require.

Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree or similar in accounting, finance, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in financial management. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary for the role.
