We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead all financial operations for a family run business, which boasts an outstanding company culture. As the ideal candidate, you will have the opportunity to join them for the long term with a dedicated progression plan.

Your main responsibilities will include developing the strategy for financial planning, performance monitoring, and management reporting functions. This will involve providing comprehensive and insightful information, as well as timely reports and analysis to key stakeholders.

In addition, you will strategise the company's annual business plan and budget, review and provide insights for key budget decisions, and ensure alignment with the overall business goals.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant with several years of experience in a similarly broad Head of Finance position. Additionally, experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.

The salary on offer is a maximum salary of £70,000 and 24 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) for this role.
