Finance Director – Reigate – Hybrid Working

 

A highly successful and establish business within the hospitality sector are looking for a motivated, driven Finance Director to join their Leadership team.  Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the board, this role will have real influence and autonomy as you work to drive the business forward.

Please note – this Finance Director /  Head of Finance role will be based in the Reigate head office.  Hybrid working is offered; 3 days per week in the office and 2 at home.  Some travel to other sites may be required.

 

This role would suit a commercial, innovative Finance Director, Head of Finance or CFO that is thrives on building out solutions to business challenges.  Working closed with the CEO you will support the growth of the business through providing accurate financial data, working across investment proposals as well as leading and managing the operational teams including the finance team. 

 

The ideal candidate will be ACCA or CIMA qualified with a strong grounding in accounting principles.  This is a role in which you will really be able to add value quickly and make a significant impact.  Strong leadership capability is essential, as well as a drive to improve efficiencies and processes.  Any experience within the retail or hospitality sector would be advantageous, although not essential.

 

The salary on offer for this role is circa £120,000 plus benefits.
