A family run business with a brilliant company culture is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations. This is brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term position with a dedicated progression plan.  In this role you’ll develop the strategy for financial planning, performance monitoring and management reporting functions in order to provide comprehensive, insightful information and timely reports and analysis to key stakeholders.

You’ll strategise the company’s annual business plan and budget. You’ll review and provide insights for key budget decisions and the company’s plans & strategies so as to ensure alignment to the overall business goals. 

This role is paying a maximum salary of £100,000 and 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays).

To be suitable for this role you'll ideally be a qualified accountant with several years’ experience in a similarly broad Head of Finance role and experience in the manufacturing industry.
