Finance Assistant – Hybrid Working – £30,000pa
Please note – hybrid working is offered – it will be 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
As the Finance Assistant, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the timely and efficient management of the organisations finance and accounting processes. The role will also involve a small percentage of administrative work to support the wider Resources team, which in addition to Finance, includes the HR, IT and Facilities functions.
Your key responsibilities as Finance Assistant will include processing invoices, expenses and grant payments, bank reconciliations and monitoring of balance sheet control accounts. You will also maintain the Finance mailbox and assistant the wider Resources department with ad-hoc and ongoing administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, conscientious, and adaptable. You will ideally have experience within a similar role and prior experience within the charity/not for profit sector is desirable.
The salary on offer for the role is between £26,000 - £30,000 per annum plus a benefits package including enhanced pension scheme and private medical cover.
