Finance Assistant – Contract Role – £13p/h
Offering hybrid, flexible working this charity are looking for a Finance Assistant or Finance Officer to oversee their accounts and assist the Finance Manager in the operation of the financial systems.
Your key responsibilities as Finance Assistant will include managing sales and purchase ledgers, processing day to day financial transactions, raising sales invoices, allocating customer receipts and making supplier, salary and HMRC payments. You will also process and reconciliate daily till taking, support the production of monthly management accounts and financial management reports, assist with credit control and reconciliate bank accounts, online transactions and credit cards.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA or CIMA part-qualified or qualified by experience within a similar role. You will have excellent communication and time management skills, be able to work under pressure and have experience using MS Office including MS Excel and MS Word.
The salary on offer is £13p/h and there is potential for this role to go permanent.
