A well-established professional services firm is seeking a flexible and personable IT Field Engineer to join its team. All candidates must hold a valid driving license as frequent travel to other national offices will be required. Due to the field based nature of the role you will receive a £5k annual car allowance in addition to your basic salary. The business embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home up to two days per week.

 

The main responsibilities for the IT Field Engineer will include providing on-site 1st and 2nd line support, installing and configuring hardware and software components and to perform system builds, images, upgrades and repairs for Windows-based devices. You will train users as required on all hardware and software and be the first point of escalation from the service desk.

 

In order to be suitable for this role you will be a proactive IT Field Engineer with proven support skills. You will hold strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure and Windows, along with proven PC and network hardware experience.
