Customer Support Executive – Remote Working – £30,000pa

You will be joining a team of dedicated IT professionals as a Customer Support Executive, delivering quality technology solutions with their suite of software products.

The ideal candidate will be personable, with excellent customer service skills and experience. You will have studied IT or computer science or have an interest in IT and an understanding of technology.

As the Customer Service Executive you will be providing 1st and 2nd line telephone support to customers, troubleshooting, and solving technical issues, monitoring and updating activities in the CRM system, site visits to install new software systems and connecting software to various hardware devises.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
