Call Centre Agent

This is a newly created position for a call centre agent to take an instrumental position within a leading & growing finance firm. This role is based in Northampton (5 days a week on site) and is paying £32,000 + bonus.
To be considered for this position you will need a confident and outgoing personality with a strong understanding of customer service and impeccable communication skills. NoThe successful candidate does not need previous experience in the finance sector as full training will be provided.
This will predominantly be an inbound call position receiving B2B & B2C enquiries which you will need to deal with and direct to the correct sales team / account manager. This is a busy team receiving circa 100+ calls a day. 
In addition to the inbound calls, you will also support customers via webchat, and deal with customer feedback, complaints, compliance, and CRM system management.
Previous sales or professional services secretarial, PA / EA, Customer Service or Account Management experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
My client is a well established and industry leading finance firm going through continued growth and expansion. They are based on the outskirts of Northampton (Northamptonshire) and will require own transport to reach their site.
The successful candidate will need to undergo a criminal record check and credit history check. This role is 100% office based and is paying a salary of £32,000 + impressive annual bonus.
