Customer Service Advisor

An expanding Managed Service Provider has an exciting opportunity for a personable and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team as an IT Customer Service Advisor based in their Redhill offices. The company embraces hybrid working and you can work remotely 2 days per week.

Within this role, you would be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to users for a variety of clients. You will join a team who are the initial point of reference for IT issues and operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service.

In order to be suitable for this role, you must have some experience in a customer service environment paired with strong communication skills, both oral and written. You will be passionate about IT and building a career in technology. A degree in computing/IT or a related discipline or any IT certifications would be advantageous to your application but are by no means necessary.
