Customer Service Advisor

A well-established multinational business is looking for a highly organised, IT literate and process-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join its team based in the Docklands area. Please be advised that due to the nature of this role you will have to pass a DBS/CRB check.

The successful candidate will support the Disclosure team and act as a point of contact for all Law Enforcement Authorities within the UK on behalf of the company. You will administer daily IPA/Police requests received from UK authorities that include but are not limited to emails, phone calls, letters, witness statements and court orders.

The successful candidate must be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must also have a keen eye for detail and be able to show discretion by keeping work confidential. Any prior Telecoms experience is also advantageous to your application.
