CRM Executive
A great role for a CRM Manager to work for a hospitality company in the heart of Teddington and who have a great working culture. This role is largely office based so would suit someone who lives locally.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Digital, taking on the pivotal responsibility of overseeing the CRM system for brasseries, pubs, and pubs with rooms. Your mission will be to ensure the seamless day-to-day functioning of the system, expertly manage promotions, and supervise email communications.
As the CRM System Manager, your role will encompass a multitude of responsibilities that lie at the heart of the marketing strategy.
You will:
Take the lead in setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting on guest promotions, harnessing their potential to drive engagement and boost revenue.
Assume full ownership of CRM and data reporting, providing insightful ad hoc analyses, contributing to weekly trading meetings, and creating comprehensive monthly board reports.
Unearth invaluable data insights, trends, and challenges, harnessing this knowledge to extract the maximum value from our information resources.
Collaborate harmoniously with our wider Marketing and Operations teams, discovering hidden opportunities and masterminding compelling communications strategies.
Oversee the orchestration of automated campaigns, captivating our audience and nurturing unwavering customer loyalty.
Showcase your innovation by setting up and optimizing guest promotions across various brands, contributing to their recognition and success.
Partner seamlessly with our web agency and Manager to devise ingenious strategies for integrating guest journey data back into the CRM system.
Skillfully manage and organize the inflow of data from online travel agents and third-party partners, facilitating a seamless flow of information.
Ideally you will possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on CRM experience within the hospitality industry.
Exhibit outstanding communication skills, underpinned by a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Display meticulous attention to detail.
Boast analytical prowess, including proficiency in tools like Excel and BI, with a bonus for familiarity with HTML and prior exposure to the hospitality industry.
Currently be actively engaged with CRM systems such as Atreemo or Airship, showcasing your fluency with technology.
