Content Manager – Hybrid Working

A global financial services business based in the City of London are looking for an experienced Content Manager to join their training division.  Please note – this organisation offers hybrid working (two days in the office and three at home per week).
Working with the Head of Content, you will take the lead on the implementation of their new CMS as well as managing the process end to end for the development of all content related material for their training arm. 
 
This role is a hands-on content management role and the ideal candidate will come with a good general understanding of content development processes and initiatives.  You will also lead on CMS implementation and management to help transform and enhance content production and management capabilities. The content you will be working across comes in many different forms – e-learning, instructor materials, videos, study notes, and assessments. Regardless of the type of content, the objective is to create high quality, and highly reusable, pieces of learning content that act as the bedrock of the solutions they provide.  
 
 
Key responsibilities will include:
 
CMS implementation and ownership
Provide training and support to the wider business for use of the content management system.
Oversee the production, management and distribution of specific training materials and assets
Manage the Content Administrator responsible for processing requests for new and updated training materials
Ensure appropriate workflows and processes are established and monitored to ensure these training materials are fit for purpose
Review existing processes and workflows with a view to increasing efficiency as part of a continuous improvement cycle.
 
The salary on offer for this role is £55,000 plus benefits.
