You will have a track record of maximising media engagement and press coverage and will field enquiries around key moments in the organisations calendar. You will also have a meticulous eye for detail and demonstrable experience in conceptualizing, packaging and delivering content that excites and engages global media outlets.
Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, you will combine the ability to write and develop powerful copy, with the interpersonal skills required to build and influence relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, global media contacts and external partners. You will also have excellent sub-editing, proofreading and design management skills, coupled with the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of content.
The successful candidate will have experience in communications, media engagement, PR or journalism, with an ability to create engaging content for a range of channels. You will have experience in developing campaign content in an integrated way – from writing press materials and pitching stories to global media outlets to developing creative activations and social media content which can engage both media and public audiences alike.
