Client Relationship Manager

We have fab role for are Client Relationship Manager to support the growth of our customers’ business by building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities as well as develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with their clients and members. This will involve identifying opportunities, taking ownership of bids from design to submission, working with key stakeholders.

The postholder will report into the Head of Membership and Development (HMD).

You will work with the HMD to implement a customer relationship management programme with member organisations and maintain accurate company CRM system by developing and growing existing accounts.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with members and partners that add value and maximise member satisfaction and build and manage your sales pipeline to secure new business

        To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience of business development and account management, knowledge and experience of vocational skills desirable.

You will need demonstrable track record of achievement in a commercial, client-facing role and working knowledge of CRM systems as well as being commercially aware with strong business acumen.

Capable of working under pressure and to time constraints with the ability to create business proposals you will also be comfortable with networking and establishing relationships.
