Chief Revenue Office
A well-established Hotel Group is looking for an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer to join its senior leadership team, based in London.
Working closely with the Managing Director you will bring together the marketing and revenue team under one commercial strategy to drive direct bookings. In addition to developing marketing and pricing strategy there will be a requirement to build a technical platform and data strategy to deliver this. Your focus will be on revenue optimisation and growth. Previous experience with PE investors, and in the Hotel/Hospitality/Travel/F&B industry would be useful but is not a prerequisite.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial Director to join a hugely ambitious and fast-growing business. The firm intends to double in size over the course of the next 4 years taking the business to a market valuation of circa £1bn, so this role would suit a highly commercial, ambitious and driven leader with a proven track record of working at executive/board level to drive forward a fast-growing business.
You will be a creative and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and a passion for both data driven decision making and exceptional customer service. In addition to consummate communication skills, you must be enthusiastic and dynamic with the personal confidence and vision required to lead a business.
