Business Analyst – Hybrid – £55,000

A global logistics company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their expanding team and provide delivery and support for technology initiatives. This role is an integral part of the company that will deliver operational improvements and realistic solutions to strategic initiatives. 

The role is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to create impact within a growing company and influence the way things operate by collaborating across the business functions and with a variety of stakeholders and service providers to implement change. 

The company has two main sites in Park Royal and Wimbledon. The role offers flexible and hybrid working but the successful candidate must be able to visit both sites when needed. 

Responsibilities include; Understanding business objectives and drivers among a diverse stakeholder group, articulate business and user problems, challenge the status quo and identify gaps and opportunities to improve current systems. 

You will be involved in process mapping, analysis and design including the testing of requirements. It will also be this role's responsibility to support the deployment of change and contribute to the production of process documentation and training. 

Skills required: 
- Ability to facilitate meetings and lead presentations with a variety of stakeholders. 
- Excellent communication skills that are concise and effective. 
- Previous experience within a Business Analyst role providing IT change and solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
