A well-established law firm is looking for an accomplished Business Analyst to join its dynamic IT team. Working in a hybrid environment, you will have the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week. It is ideal to have access to your own vehicle as there will be an element of commuting to other sites.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will work to enhance a number of IT systems and working practices, utilising your exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, capture requirements and make recommendations for technology improvements. Working across the full project lifecycle you will work on a range of IT initiatives and will have strong change management experience. The firm is going through a digital transformation and the Business Analyst will play an integral role in ensuring this is a smooth process and that knowledge and technical expertise are shared across the organisation. 

In order to be suitable for this role, you will hold demonstrable experience as an IT Business Analyst and will have a good understanding of Microsoft technologies. Experience in the legal sector and ITIL accreditation would be advantageous to your application but are by no means essential.

You will be a self-motivated, confident and approachable team player with excellent communication skills, as well as displaying solid experience in deploying small/medium sized projects within a professional services firm.
