Administrative Assistant – Hybrid

A well-established and fast-paced business consultancy that's currently going through a period of growth is seeking a driven, friendly, and confident Admin Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis! This role is hybrid/remote - you are only required to visit the office in Paddington once a month.

Reporting to and working closely alongside the Strategic Account Director, you will be required to carry out cold-calling to prospective clients and customers, assist with creating presentations, pull and create reports, update records and accounts, and act as the first point of contact when the SAD is not in the office, and support with marketing and sales operations as and when required. You will also support the Finance Assistant in maintaining accurate records, as well as researching current market trends.

To be considered for this role you must be degree educated and have excellent communication skills, proven administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and proven experience working with MS Office as well. This role would suit someone who comes from a customer service or call centre environment!
