A well-established business is looking for an experienced Account Director to join its growing team. With hybrid working options available you will have the flexibility to work from home, however travel to the client’s premises, within the UK, is expected.

 

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for service delivery to a prestigious commercial Bank to oversee and nurture the client relationship. You will act as a trusted advisor to the client by having a strong understanding of both regulatory and governance requirements, as well as providing an excellent user experience. Alongside this, you will also provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team servicing this client and hold responsibility for risk management and compliance.

 

In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you will be a commercially astute Account Director. You will be a decisive, influential, and flexible professional holding strong operational and client relationship skill. It is advantageous to hold knowledge within a clinical / insurance / corporate sector however this is by no means necessary.
